solli seryl , the drow sergeant , had waited for 2 weeks in this damp cave ... she was exhausted and famished...still she waited. then, as if in a dream she saw her prey...the illithid noble leris 
(leris had singledhandedly killed 50 drow soldiers at an outpost). drow and illithids will fight fierce territorial battles on occasion ...
